There are no one-size-fits-all approaches to the microbiome. What works for one person may be irrelevant or counterproductive for another. That’s why every journey begins with an analysis—and is built on real data, not assumptions.
It educates and communicates with your immune system
It contributes to the synthesis of essential vitamins
Supports cardiovascular health
At the end of the consultation, the most appropriate course of action among the available options is recommended, or the patient is advised to proceed directly to the diagnostic test.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer: the goal is to provide you with useful information, not to prescribe a specific plan.
The consultation can take place at one of our offices or online, with the same approach and the same level of care.

The first visit is not a diagnostic consultation: it is a time for listening. Dr. Biazzo spends 30 minutes getting to know your history—your symptoms, how long you’ve had them, treatments you’ve already tried, your lifestyle, and your diet—to build a clear initial picture.
At the end of the consultation, the most appropriate course of action among the available options is recommended, or the patient is advised to proceed directly to the diagnostic test.

If you’ve had your gut microbiome analyzed by another laboratory or diagnostic center, you don’t necessarily have to start from scratch.
Dr. Manuele Biazzo, PhD in Molecular Biology and Scientific Director of the Tuscan Microbiota Center, offers a service for the clinical interpretation of third-party reports: if your report is recent (generally within 6 months) and produced using validated methods—such as shotgun metagenomics—it is possible to evaluate its content, contextualize it within your clinical history, and, where the report allows, establish a personalized plan for modulating the microbiota.
During the consultation, Dr. Biazzo reviews the data in your medical report, assesses the quality and completeness of the available information, and—if the data is sufficiently informative—works with you to develop a tailored plan: whether it involves integrative care, nutritional guidance, or further diagnostic testing.
Not all tests are the same: some provide detailed, actionable data, while others offer only general guidance. A key part of the consultation is this critical assessment, which helps you understand what your test results actually mean—and what they don’t.
Bring your test results. Let’s figure this out together.

Dr. Biazzo's Pathways
Every treatment plan begins with an advanced genomic analysis, not a symptom questionnaire. The data guide clinical decisions.
Custom-formulated probiotics and nutritional plans tailored to each individual’s microbiome profile. No one-size-fits-all products.
Dr. Biazzo's Pathways
The goal of these courses is to bridge the gap that still exists between scientific research on the microbiome and its practical application in clinical practice and industrial processes. The training programs combine theoretical foundations with practical applications, are structured at different levels depending on the participant’s background, and are aimed specifically at physicians, biologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, veterinarians, clinical microbiologists, and professionals in diagnostics and microbial production.
